1 kg eggplant , sliced
2 onions.
2 green peppers.
1/3 kg minced meat.
2 tomatoes.
2 garlic cloves, crushed.
4 tablespoons vegetable oil.
2 tablespoons butter.
3 tablespoons flour.
4 cups milk.
2 tablespoons tomato paste.
Salt and pepper.
