Brain from beef or lamb is considered a delicacy in Egypt.
Preparation Time: 0.5 hours
1 tablespoon flour
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt and pepper
1 egg ,beaten
1 1/2 cups Breadcrumbs
Cut brain into slices.
In a bowl mix beaten egg with salt and pepper.
Take a slice of brain and cover with flour, dip in egg then cover with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil to high heat.
Fry brain for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
