Egyptian Kofta

See, my family makes it different. We get finely ground beef, about 15% fat in it so it won't dry, and fresh ground black pepper, about 1 1/2 tbsp. salt (for 3 pounds meat), middle eastern 7 spice (can use Ziyad brand or Baladna), fine chopped parsley ( about 2 tbsp.), 1/2 one onion finely chopped, and about 1 bunch of dill finely chopped. The dill adds a unique and amazing flavor to the kofta that other middle eastern countries don't use. You can fry it, or bake it in the oven with tomatoe sauce and a little freshly squeezed lemon. Serve with rice and salad and its mmm mmm good!
