Ful Medames With butter فول مدمس بالزبدة


This is one of many variants of how Ful Medames is served.

Preparation Time: 0.25 hours


4 cups fava beans.
2 tablespoons butter.
Salt and pepper.

Cooking Instructions

Cook the Ful Medames as per instructions.

In a saucepan, heat beans over medium heat.
Season beans with salt and pepper and add little water.
Serve in bowl and keep hot.
Add butter to it.
Serve immediately.
