Qamar El Din Juice عصير قمر الدين

Notes:

Qamar El Din is made from sheets of dried apricot extract also called Qamar El Din.

Servings: 7

Preparation Time: 0.25 hours

Ingredients

1 pack qamar el din (from Syrian, Lebanese or Palestinian shops)
Water.
Sugar.

Cooking Instructions

In a jug, pour boiling water.
Add qamar el din pieces until qamar el din is dissolved completely in water and mixture is thick.
Add sugar to suite your test, and stir until dissolved.
You can add more water if it is too thick.
Leave to cool, then refrigerate until serving.
