Notes
Plaice, sole fish and other flatfish are found in the Mediterranean and other seas.
The fish has to be skinned before preparation.

Ingredients
    5 medium sized plaice fishes
    Salt
    Pepper
    Vegetable oil for deep frying
    Milk & flour
    Tomatoes
Cooking Instructions
    Clean and wash fish thoroughly.
    Mix salt and pepper and milk in a bowl.
    Add fish to bowl.
    Put flour on a flat dish.
    Dip each fish in flour and coat well.
    In a medium skillet heat oil over high heat until very hot.
    Fry fish on both sides until golden brown.
    Serve while hot on dish with tomatoes and parsley and lemon.
