Fried Fish with potatos سمك مقلي بالبطاطس

Notes:

Fish come in three varieties in Egypt: Fresh water fish, from the nile, saltwater fish from the Mediterranean, and the Red Sea, where species are different.

Different ways of cooking fish exist in different parts.

Servings: 4

Preparation Time: 1 hours

Ingredients

1 kg. fish.
1 kg. milk.
Boiled potato.
Salt.
Pepper.
3 tablespoons butter.
3 tablespoons oil.
1 spoon parsley
2 lemons

Cooking Instructions

Clean and wash fish thoroughly.
Mix salt and pepper.
Dip in milk and flour.
Fry in butter and oil.
Serve with potatoes, parsley and lemon garnish.
