Notes

Rabbits are raised in homes, and commercially, and their meat is considered a delicacy.

Servings: 4

Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients

1 rabbit.
1 onion, meduim size.
Salt.
Pepper.
Mastic resin
Cardamom.
Water for boiling.
Margarine or oil for frying.
Parsley.

Cooking Instructions

Boil water and add onion, salt, pepper, mastic and cardamom.
Wash the rabbit well and slice, put it into the boiling water.
Pull the rabbit out of the water.
Prepare a frying pan with oil or margarine.
Fry the rabit on high heat.
Serve on platter and decorate with parsley.
