This is one of many variants of Ful medames.
It can be a breakfast, lunch or snack meal.

Ingredients
Fava beans.
3 garlic cloves.
2 tomatoes.
Corn oil.
Lemon juice.
2 teaspoons cumin.
Salt and pepper.
Cooking Instructions
Cook the Ful Medames as per instructions.
In a pan, heat oil and add tomatoes and garlic.
Add beans and season with cumin, salt and pepper.
Add little water and lemon juice. Taste to adjust seasoning.
Serve while hot.
