ُEggah عجة


This is a special omelet style breakfast dish.

Servings: 3

Preparation Time: 0.5 hours


5 eggs.
1 onion.
Salt and pepper.
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine.
1 tablespoon flour.

Cooking Instructions

Heat and stir 1 tablespoon butter or margarine in a skillet, add onion and stir until yellow.
Add parsley and flour, stir until smooth.
Take off heat and leave aside.
In bowl beat eggs and season with salt and pepper then pour onion mixture onto eggs and stir to mix well.
Heat 1/2 tablespoon butter or margarine then and eggs mixture into skillet.
Cook until the bottom of eggs is golden.
Flip the eggs to cook the other side.
serve in platter while hot.
