There are many variations of salad in Egypt, much of it seasonal.
Preparation Time: 0.25 hours
1 green chili pepper
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup parsley , finely chopped
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon corn oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon coriander
Wash tomatoes and dice into small pieces.
Slice chili pepper into very small pieces.
Wash cucumbers and dice into small pieces.
Chop and peel onion into cubes.
In a bowl mix tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, chili pepper, and onions.
Mix vineger, oil, lemon juice, coriander, salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
Add syrup to salad bowl
Stir all ingredients together and Serve.
