Notes
Plaice and other flatfish are found in the Mediterranean and other seas.
The fish has to be skinned before preparation.

- 5 medium sized plaice fishes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vegetable oil for deep frying
- Milk & flour
- Tomatoes
Cooking Instructions
- Clean and wash fish thoroughly.
- Mix salt and pepper and milk in a bowl.
- Add fish to bowl.
- Put flour on a flat dish.
- Dip each fish in flour and coat well.
- In a medium skillet heat oil over high heat until very hot.
- Fry fish on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve while hot on dish with tomatoes and parsley and lemon.
