- 1 kg. milk.
- Boiled potato.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- 3 tablespoons butter.
- 3 tablespoons oil.
- 1 spoon parsley
- 2 lemons
Cooking Instructions
- Clean and wash fish toroughly.
- Mix salt and pepper.
- Dip in milk and flour.
- Fry in butter and oil.
- Serve with potatoes, parsley and lemon garnish.
