  • 1 kg. fish.
  • 1 kg. milk.
  • Boiled potato.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • 3 tablespoons butter.
  • 3 tablespoons oil.
  • 1 spoon parsley
  • 2 lemons

Cooking Instructions

  • Clean and wash fish toroughly.
  • Mix salt and pepper.
  • Dip in milk and flour.
  • Fry in butter and oil.
  • Serve with potatoes, parsley and lemon garnish.
