This is a combination of rice and meat.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rice.
- 1/2 kg meat cubes
- 1 tablespoon margarine or ghee.
- 1 onion.
- 2 cardamoms.
- 2 bay leaves.
- 2 cups milk.
- Salt and pepper.
Cooking Instructions
- In a deep pan, put water and bring to boil.
- Wash meat well then add to pan with onion, cardamoms, bay leaves.
- Leave until meat is done.
- Add salt and pepper then take meat out of broth.
- Strain and reserve meat broth.
- Wash rice and drain.
- Arrange meat cubes in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Add rice over meat then pour broth over rice, then pour milk.
- Heat oven and cover dish, put in oven and leave for half an hour until rice absorbs most of the broth and milk.
- Remove cover and open broiller, broil rice until surface becomes golden brown.
- Serve while hot in same dish.
