Ingredients

  • 1 rabbit.
  • 1 onion, meduim size.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • Mastic resin
  • Cardamom.
  • Water for boiling.
  • Margarine or oil for frying.
  • Parsley.

Cooking Instructions

  • Boil water and add onion, salt, pepper, mastic and cardamom.
  • Wash the rabbit well and slice, put it into the boiling water.
  • Pull the rabbit out of the water.
  • Prepare a frying pan with oil or margarine.
  • Fry the rabit on high heat.
  • Serve on platter and decorate with parsley.
