- 1 rabbit.
- 1 onion, meduim size.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- Mastic resin
- Cardamom.
- Water for boiling.
- Margarine or oil for frying.
- Parsley.
Cooking Instructions
- Boil water and add onion, salt, pepper, mastic and cardamom.
- Wash the rabbit well and slice, put it into the boiling water.
- Pull the rabbit out of the water.
- Prepare a frying pan with oil or margarine.
- Fry the rabit on high heat.
- Serve on platter and decorate with parsley.
