  • 1 kg. liver.
  • 2 tablespoons ghee or butter.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • Garlic

Cooking Instructions

  • Cut liver into slices.
  • In pan fry garlic in ghee or butter till it becomes yellow.
  • Add liver, salt and pepper and mix together with garlic in the pan.
  • Add water till liver is well done.
