Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg minced meat.
  • 2 onions.
  • 4 tomatoes.
  • 1 tablespoon omato paste.
  • Vegetable oil
  • Spices
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  • Mix onion with salt, pepper, all spices, and cinnamon.
  • Make minced meat into small balls.
  • In a non-stick pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  • Stir and fry meatballs in oil on all sides.
  • Take off heat and set aside.
  • Blend tomatoes in a blender with water.
  • Dissolve tomato paste in a cup of water.
  • Fry onions till golden brown.
  • Add blended tomatoes and tomato paste, salt and pepper.
  • Add the meatballs and leave to cook.
  • Heat oil over medium heat, add crushed garlic until golden.
  • Pour oil and garlic immediately into tomato sauce with meatballs.
  • Serve right away.
