- 1/2 kg minced meat.
- 2 onions.
- 4 tomatoes.
- 1 tablespoon omato paste.
- Vegetable oil
- Spices
- Cinnamon
- Salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Mix onion with salt, pepper, all spices, and cinnamon.
- Make minced meat into small balls.
- In a non-stick pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Stir and fry meatballs in oil on all sides.
- Take off heat and set aside.
- Blend tomatoes in a blender with water.
- Dissolve tomato paste in a cup of water.
- Fry onions till golden brown.
- Add blended tomatoes and tomato paste, salt and pepper.
- Add the meatballs and leave to cook.
- Heat oil over medium heat, add crushed garlic until golden.
- Pour oil and garlic immediately into tomato sauce with meatballs.
- Serve right away.
