- 1/2 kg baklava.
- 1 cup margarine.
- Blanched nuts.
- Rose water (optional)
- Sugar syrup.
- 3 tablespoons sugar.
Cooking Instructions
- In meduim baking pan, brush melted margarine.
- Mix nuts in a bowl and add sugar and raisins.
- Stir to mix ingredients well with rose water.
- Put half the quantity of baklava in the baking pan, then spread nuts and cover with the rest of baklava.
- Cut into squares or triangles.
- Heat margarine then pour on the baklava.
- Put pan into oven medium heat till golden brown.
- Pour cold sugar syrup.
