Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg baklava.
  • 1 cup margarine.
  • Blanched nuts.
  • Rose water (optional)
  • Sugar syrup.
  • 3 tablespoons sugar.

Cooking Instructions

  • In meduim baking pan, brush melted margarine.
  • Mix nuts in a bowl and add sugar and raisins.
  • Stir to mix ingredients well with rose water.
  • Put half the quantity of baklava in the baking pan, then spread nuts and cover with the rest of baklava.
  • Cut into squares or triangles.
  • Heat margarine then pour on the baklava.
  • Put pan into oven medium heat till golden brown.
  • Pour cold sugar syrup.
