  • Fava beans.
  • 3 garlic cloves.
  • 2 tomatoes.
  • Corn oil.
  • Lemon juice.
  • 2 teaspoons cumin.
  • Salt and pepper.

Cooking Instructions

Cook the Ful Medames as per instructions.

  • In a pan, heat oil and add tomatoes and garlic.
  • Add beans and season with cumin, salt and pepper.
  • Add little water and lemon juice. Taste to adjust seasoning.
  • Serve while hot.
