- 5 eggs.
- Parsley.
- 1 onion.
- Salt and pepper.
- 2 tablespoons Butter or margarine.
- 1 tablespoon flour.
Cooking Instructions
- Heat and stir 1 tablespoon butter or margarine in a skillet, add onion and stir until yellow.
- Add parsley and flour, stir until smooth.
- Take off heat and leave aside.
- In bowl beat eggs and season with salt and pepper then pour onion mixture onto eggs and stir to mix well.
- Heat 1/2 tablespoon butter or margarine then and eggs mixture into skillet.
- Cook until the bottom of eggs is golden.
- Flip the eggs to cook the other side.
- serve in platter while hot.
