- 7 eggs.
- 2 tablespoons ghee or butter.
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese or Romano cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper.
Cooking Instructions
- In a bowl beat eggs then add cheddar or Romano cheese and stir.
- Heat butter over medium heat in a skillet then add eggs and cheese mixture.
- Cook until the bottom of eggs is golden.
- Flip the eggs to cook the other side.
- Move to a serving platter and sprinkle salt and pepper on the surface.
- Serve immediately while hot.
