Ingredients

  • 7 eggs.
  • 2 tablespoons ghee or butter.
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese or Romano cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper.

Cooking Instructions

  • In a bowl beat eggs then add cheddar or Romano cheese and stir.
  • Heat butter over medium heat in a skillet then add eggs and cheese mixture.
  • Cook until the bottom of eggs is golden.
  • Flip the eggs to cook the other side.
  • Move to a serving platter and sprinkle salt and pepper on the surface.
  • Serve immediately while hot.
