- 3 cups rice.
- 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 4 cups water.
- Salt.
Cooking Instructions
- Wash rice well under running water and drain.
- In a deep pan heat and stir butter or margarine and 1 cup rice over high heat until golden brown.
- Add remaining rice and stir to mix with fried rice.
- Add water and salt till water is almost absorbed, cover and move to low heat.
- Leave to cook.
- Serve in a platter.
