Baked chicken with potato and bechamel صينية فراخ بالبطاطس و البشامل

- 1 chicken .
- 3 potatoes.
- Parsley.
- 1 tablespoon thyme.
- 2 tablespoons butter.
- 2 tablespoons flour.
- 3 cups milk.
- Salt and pepper.
Cooking Instructions
- In a deep pan boil potato slices in water until semi-tender.
- Boil chicken and remove skins and bones.
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
- Melt butter over medium-high heat and add flour, stir until smooth then add milk, salt and pepper whisking frequently until bechamel boils.
- Add parsley and thyme and stir. Take off heat and set aside.
- Heat oven, mix potatoes with chicken pieces in a baking dish then pour bechamel over dish and place in oven until surface becomes golden brown.
- Serve immediately in same dish while hot.
